The stamp design shows the stalls seats of the Academy of Music (circa 1900) from the collection of the Museum of Applied Arts. An enlarged detail of the seats is featured as a background motif. The postage stamp is a version of the HUF 212 denomination of the History of furniture – Antique furniture VIII series in a different colour and with a changed face value. The date of issue and the name of the printers have been updated. The design of the stamp and the inscriptions are unchanged.
