"On the picture side of the postcard with a value impression of HUF 70 a work by Emese Paulik: The past, present and future of the Hungarian Customs and Finance Guard – through a child’s eyes is depicted. The work is the winning entry of the drawing competition held among the children of the employees of the Customs and Finance Guard. The stamp image on the postcard depicts the shako coat of arms of the Hungarian Royal Finance, Customs and Tax Guards (1885). "
